The purpose of the proposed <br />rehabilitation is to enable the Irrigation Company to <br />continue to serve lands which are presently irrigated. <br />Land Classification ~r se is therefore not required. <br />Nevertheless, the soil Survev of Larimer County <br />Area. Colorado, pUblished by USDA/SCS and Forest <br />Service in cooperation with the Colorado Agricultural <br />Experiment Station, \{as consulted. The land below <br />Clark Reservoir may be generally described as Section <br />22, the North Half of Section 23, Section 26, Section <br />27, section 34, and Section 35, Township 9 North, Range <br />68 West and the West Half of Section 1, Section 2, <br />Section 3, Section 10, Section 11, and the West Half of <br />Section 12, Township 8 North, Range 68 West. This area <br />comprises approximately 6,700 acres which is, in <br />general, served by Cl~rk Reservoir (refer to Appendix <br />A) . <br /> <br />The SCS "Capability Classes" for this area are <br />mostly Classes II, III, IV, and VI with isolated <br />instances of other classes.
