Remove and replace the existing outlet works and <br />the original outlet pipe which is located fifteen <br />to twenty feet (15'-20') below the existing <br />outlet. <br />2. Install a toe drain or a toe drain and upstream <br />cutoff trench to the shale formation to control <br />the underseepage. <br />3. Remove the existing concrete facing and replace <br />with riprap and riprap bedding. <br />4. Flatten the upstream and downstream slopes to <br />provide for a safer structure. <br />5. Increase the dam height to provide for extra <br />storage. <br />6. Install a new eIllergency spillway to replace the <br />existing spillway. <br /> <br />vii <br />
