Subsection B would require 8 dog or C8~ owner <br />to provide proof of current fabies vaccination when requested to do <br />80 by an animal control officer or 8 police officer. Subsection C <br />would protect the pet owner from prosecution under subsection 8 if the <br />pet owner produced in Hunicip~l Court, 8 valid fabies vaccination <br />certificate for the pet. <br /> <br />11. Dan Stroh was appointed to the Downtown Developmen Authority to <br />serve the reMainder of Bonnie Asplin's term which will expire in 1989 <br />and Arietta Wiedman was appointed to Serve the remainder of Peter <br />Pochious' term which will expire in 1990. Hr. Strohle appoint1l8nt <br />shall take place effective June JO, the date hie current term expires <br />and Arietta Wiedmann's eppointment shall take place immediately. <br /> <br />12. A professionol services agreement between the City of Loveland <br />and Or. Williem L. Boyd was approved. The purpose of the study is to <br />determine the status of the aquatic community at sample aites <br />immediately downstream from the Wastewater Treatment Plant discharge <br />and to compare the result with aample sites upstream from the <br />discharge point. The major objective is to gather baseline data on <br />the aquatic community by conduct~ng surveys of fish populstione and <br />8pecies, collection and &nalyseB,of benthic organism populations and <br />calculations of diveraity indice~. <br /> <br />13. The contract between the City of Loveland and the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board wss approved for Phase II and Phase I II of the Water <br />Supply Study. <br /> <br />14. The contract for professions I services between the City of <br />Loveland and Cemp, Dresser and lotKee for Phase III of the Wster Study <br />Supply wa. approved. <br /> <br />,~ <br />
