Threa tened <br />species <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />endangered plant and animal <br /> <br />2. Game and non-game wildlife <br /> <br />3. Fisheries <br /> <br />TASK OBJECTIVE: <br /> <br />To assess potentially critical environmental issues <br />for each multi-element alternative. <br /> <br />METHODOLOGY: <br /> <br />The assessment of environmental issues for each Plan <br />Element, previously performed in Task 5, will be <br />utilized to identify the impacts associated with each <br />multi-element alternative. As with the evaluation of <br />Plan Elements, the environmental issues for which <br />impacts will be assessed are: <br /> <br />1. Threatened ~nd endangered species <br /> <br />2. Game and non-game terrestrial wildlife <br /> <br />3. Fisheries <br /> <br />The assessment~ will identify potentially critical <br />environmental impacts, if any, of implementation of <br />each multi-element alternative. The Issues <br />Application Matrix described previously in Task 5 <br />will be updated to reflect the three multi-element <br />alternatives under consideration. The matrix will <br />provide a means of comparing the alternatives in <br />terms of environmental issues. <br /> <br />3-24 <br />
