The concrete <br />vertical drop is estimated to cost $106,400 to $140,300. The sloping riprap drop is estimated to <br />cost $113,200 to $145,700. Of the two vertical drop alternatives, the sheet pile option is believed <br />to be the easiest to construct in the river environment. It does not require dewatering to install, and <br />then serves as its own coffer dam for dewatering the riprap basin area.
