WHEREAS. re4uirc-d arrr(lv~nce <lnd coordination has been accomplished from and with appropriate
agE'ncies; and

WHEREAS. tne State and tne Contractor entered into a
contract dated February 10. 1986. contract encumbrance number
C153271. which contract is attached hereto as Exhibit A and is
nereby incorporated nerein; and

WHEREAS. tne termination date of said contract is Marcn 31.
1966; and

WHEREAS. the State desires to extend the said termination
date because information needed from the U.S. Bureau of
Reclamation. in order to accomplish the tasks called for by the
said contract. has not yet been provided to the State.

NOW THEREFORE, tne State and the Contractor agree tnat:

1. Paragraph numbered 8 of that certain contract dated
February 10. 1986. is hereby amended by deleting the
words IlMarch 31. 198611 and inserting in lieu thereof
the words "June 30. 198611.

2. All other provisions of the said contract shall remain
in tull force and effect.
