Climatological and environmental data <br />will also be included in this section. <br /> <br />C. City of Louisville <br /> <br />The history of the City of Louisville, the laws under <br />which it was organized, its powers and authorities, financial <br />history and status, and its physical assets will be <br />presented in this chapter. <br /> <br />D. City Boundaries and Comprehensive Plan <br /> <br />The lands served by the project will be described <br />by a serv~ce area map. A description of the City's <br />Comprehensive Plan will also be included in this section. <br /> <br />E. Water <br /> <br />l. Surface Water Supply <br /> <br />An analysis of surface water sources, in terms <br />of projected flows, storage requirements, and trans- <br />mission routes. <br /> <br />2. Water Rights <br /> <br />An evaluation of City of Louisville's water rights, <br />including priorities and projected yields, and trans- <br />fer potential, and how these water rights affect the <br />availability of water for the proposed project. <br /> <br />3. Water Utilization <br /> <br />The projected amount of water which will be avail- <br />able to the project will be developed.
