10. Use of the water: The claimed water right for the use
of underground water tributary to the Arkansas River shall be used
in the canal of and for lands underlying the Buffalo Mutual Irri-
gation Company of Holly, ColoradO, consisting of approximately
3,000 acres in number and generally located in Sections 9, 10, 11,
12 and 13 in Township 23 South, Range 43 West of the 6th P.M. and
in Section 7 and 18, Township 23 South, Range 42, West of the 6th
P.M., all in Prowers County, Colorado.
