This Agreement shall be executed in three counterparts, <br /> <br />each of which shall be regarded for all purposes as one original. <br /> <br />Each Party agLees that it ~ill execute any and all'instruments,'docu- <br /> <br />ments, resolutions, and ordinances necessary to give effect to the <br /> <br />terms of this Agreement. <br /> <br />22. This Agreement shall be deemed an exercise of the <br /> <br />powers and authorities granted to the parties and referred to in <br /> <br />paragraphs A and B above, and none of the Part:ies shall be: deemed a <br /> <br />public utility by reason of the execution and performance of this <br /> <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />23.
