This report has been <br />prepared by our consultant, ~estwater Engineering of <br />palisade, Colorado, in compl!ance with CWCB guidelines. <br /> <br />The State Engineer h8S ordered extensive <br />rehabilitation work on Rapid Creek Reservoir #1 and #2. <br />Water level restrictions have been imposed upon tne <br />reservoirs as a result of the repair order. The estimated <br />total cost to complete the rehabilitation project for both <br />reservoirs is $202,800. Of this amount, the Lloyd Ranch <br />Limited Partnership has previously expended about $15,900 for <br />engineering design and preliminary construction. The Lloyd <br />Ranch Limited Partnership haa applied for and is requesting <br />approval of a low-interest 40-year loan from CWCB in the <br />amount of $101,400. This Feasibility Report provides the <br />basic technical and financial data for evaluation of our loan <br />request.
