<br />SANITARY -- It is our recommendation that a sewage collection and
<br />treatment facility be installed to serve the Starkville area, eliminating
<br />outdoor toilets, septic tanks and surface household waste flows. The
<br />recommended size of plant to have an average flow of 20 gpm or 20,000
<br />gpd to serve a population growth to 250 over the next,24 years for
<br />Starkville, and 48,000 gpd (35 gpm) for Starkville area.
