*Water Court Case No. W-2716 allows this right to be diverted at an alternate point of diversion
at the Red Rock Ditch headgate. '

B. Historically, grown crops at the Castle Valley Ranch have been barley, winter
barley, alfalfa, com silage, pasture and oats. A total of 333 acres have been
irrigated under the Coryell and Red Rock Ditch water rights by Eric C. Williams
at the Castle Valley Ranch.

C. The historical average annual consumptive use associated with the use of
Applicant's water rights in irrigation of the Castle Valley Ranch is 1.34 acre-
feet/acre, or 446.22 acre-feet/year. FutUre consumptive use attributable to these
water rights pursuant to the change of water rights and plan for augmentation
decreed herein is limited to 446.22 acre-feet/year.

D. A map showing the approximate location of historic use of. the water rights is
attached hereto as Exhibit "A".

7. The Court fmds the following with respect to the plan for augmentation for the
Castle Valley Ranch P.U.D.:

A. This joint application between the Town of New Castle, Colorado, and Eric C.
Williams was filed pursuant to the Castle Valley Ranch Annexation Agreement
dated July 11, 1983, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk and Recorder of
Garfield County, Colorado, in, Book 632 at Page 542 as Reception No. 344589.
The operation and implementation of the plan for augmentation decreed herein
shall be pursuant to the terms of said Agreement but, in the event of
inconsistencies between the Agreement and this Decree, this Decree shall control.
The ownership of individual water rights included herein shall remain with the
respective parties hereto until such time as conveyance is made by Eric C:
