CREDITS <br />This report was prepared by Don W. Deere under the supervision and review <br />of George Clausen and Robert Brand, all of Rocky Mountain Consultants, Inc. <br />(RMC). Field work was performed primarily by Don W. Deere and David Tiemeyer <br />(RMC). Stability Analyses were provided by Loyd Scrivner, Consulting Engineer <br />and Dan Ault (RMC). Recommendations and review of the proposed repair were made <br />by Dr. Don U. Deere, Consultant, and Mr. F.E. Valencia of International Ground <br />Support Systems. Laboratory testing was provided by Woodward-Clyde Consultants. <br />Boyles Bros. Drilling Company drilled the site.
