After much deliberation <br /> <br />it was agreed to assist Steamboat II in this work on the basis <br /> <br />that whatever monies would be advanced would be repayed when <br /> <br />and if a second well was drilled by whatever entity develops <br /> <br />the second and third filings. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION: It was resolved to loan Steamboat II Water District an amount <br />not to exceed $1,500 at 6% interest for a maximum period of <br />18 months to help them underwrite the cost of the exploration <br />work. <br /> <br />DIRECTOR TO REPLACE LOY ARDREY <br /> <br />Mr. Torn Sharp, Steamboat attorney, <br /> <br />expressed interest in the District and explained that he would <br />have the time to devote to the District affairs representing <br />.on the average about 1 meeting peT month.
