A recent <br />examination disclosed that the City has not furnished CWCB with a Warranty Deed as provided by Paragraph <br />A.14 of this agreement. <br /> <br />CWCB has determined that a Deed of Trust is sufficient to secure the loan as a security interest rather than <br />conveyance of title by Warranty Deed. Therefore, enclosed for your handling is a Deed of Trust to satisfy the <br />above referenced provision. Please execute this Deed of Trust with the applicable signatures being notarized <br />and return the document to CWCB. CWCB will record the document with the County of Mesa and will <br />provide a copy to you upon its receipt from the county. Referencing Paragraph I of this agreement, the Deed of <br />Trust will be released to the City upon final payment of the full purchase price of the loan. <br /> <br />Should you have any questions, please contact me at Telephone No. (303) 866-3441.
