<br />WHEREAS, the cost of constructing the project was less than
<br />what was or'iginal] y estimated; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, because of the decreased cost it is now necessary
<br />to decrease ttle money made available to ttle Contractor.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby agreed that;

<br />1, Consideratiofl for this amendment to the Original
<br />Contract. Contract Encumbrance NUltlber C-153S67, d~ted August
