Board of Directors of the to order at 7:30 P.M. at 1993, by Chairman Dick ROLL CALL Answering to roll call were James Burkhalter, Wallace Downer, Raymond Dubberly, Dick Fletcher, Robert Gobbo, Dorothy Hoskin, Ronald Jaynes, Therese Mariner, Harold Mogensen, James Rooks, Geno Saccomanno, Robert Saunders and Jacque Stafford. Also in attendance were Lawrence Aubert, Charlie Stockton, Judy Pierle, Tom Crumpton, Charles Smith, Ralph Ohm and Rita Crumpton, Ute Staff members; and Mark Hermundstad, Ute's Counsel. The Manager reported that Mr. Matchett was in the hospital for a week, however, he is feeling better and is now at home. PUBLIC COMMENTS REQUEST FOR PUBLIC COMMENTS ON PROPOSED 1994 BUDGET The Chairman opened the meeting for public comments on the proposed 1994 Budget at 7:32 P.M. There were none and the public comment period on the proposed budget was closed at 7:32 P.M. by the Chairman. ACTION ITEMS MINUTES The Chairman noted that each Board member had received a copy of the minutes of the October meeting in the mail previous to this meeting. He then called for corrections, additions or deletions. Motion to approve the minutes as presented made by Robert Saunders, second by Harold Mogensen and carried. BILLS Bills total ing $128,373 .l4 were presented to the Board for approval. A listing of all checks written prior to this meeting, totaling $ll,249.77, was also presented. There was some discussion on the billing from Wagner Equipment on Page 8 for a new backhoe. The Acting Superintendent of Transmission & Distribution explained that this bill was a new
