<br />.... <br />, <br /> <br />.., <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />UTE WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT <br /> <br />BOARD MEETING <br /> <br />. #606 <br /> <br />NOVEMBER lO, 1993 <br /> <br />Meeting number six hundred six of the <br />Ute Water Conservancy District was called <br />the Ute Water office on November 10, <br />Fletcher. <br /> <br />Board of Directors of the <br />to order at 7:30 P.M. at <br />1993, by Chairman Dick <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Answering to roll call were James Burkhalter, Wallace Downer, <br />Raymond Dubberly, Dick Fletcher, Robert Gobbo, Dorothy Hoskin, <br />Ronald Jaynes, Therese Mariner, Harold Mogensen, James Rooks, Geno <br />Saccomanno, Robert Saunders and Jacque Stafford. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Lawrence Aubert, Charlie Stockton, Judy <br />Pierle, Tom Crumpton, Charles Smith, Ralph Ohm and Rita Crumpton, <br />Ute Staff members; and Mark Hermundstad, Ute's Counsel. <br /> <br />The Manager reported that Mr. Matchett was in the hospital for <br />a week, however, he is feeling better and is now at home. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR PUBLIC COMMENTS ON PROPOSED 1994 BUDGET <br /> <br />The Chairman opened the meeting for public comments on the <br />proposed 1994 Budget at 7:32 P.M. There were none and the public <br />comment period on the proposed budget was closed at 7:32 P.M. by the <br />Chairman. <br /> <br />ACTION ITEMS <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />The Chairman noted that each Board member had received a copy <br />of the minutes of the October meeting in the mail previous to this <br />meeting. He then called for corrections, additions or deletions. <br /> <br />Motion to approve the minutes as presented made by Robert <br />Saunders, second by Harold Mogensen and carried. <br /> <br />BILLS <br /> <br />Bills total ing $128,373 .l4 were presented to the Board for <br />approval. A listing of all checks written prior to this meeting, <br />totaling $ll,249.77, was also presented. <br /> <br />There was some discussion on the billing from Wagner Equipment <br />on Page 8 for a new backhoe. The Acting Superintendent of <br />Transmission & Distribution explained that this bill was a new <br />
