Dear Mr. McDonald:

I

We are submitting our report concerning the feasibility of irrigation
collection, storage and pumping facilities for the Ridges Metropolitan
District.

This report was written as a result of our meeting with you on August
25, 1980 whereby our application for funding for the report was approved.
In order to meet certain deadlines, the District has funded this study
in its entirety. This will allow acceptance of the project by the
Colorado Water Conservation Board and allocation of construction monies
during the coming year.
