1-5-1:

INCORPORATION: The Town was Incorporated on April 6,
1891. (1969 Code, sec. 2,1)

1-5-2: CORPORATE LIMITS: The Town is located in parts of
Section 18, all in Township 3 North, Range 70 West of the
6th Principal Meridian, in Boulder County, Colorado. For an accurate
ascertainment and establishment of the corporate limits, reference shall
be made to the map of the Town of Lyons drawn by L. R. Dieterich, a
registered civil engineer, on January 29, 1929, recorded in Book 4, page
48, original filed Book A, page 19, In the records of the Boulder County
Clerk and Recorder's office, together with annexations subsequent to that
time. (1969 Code, sec. 2.2)

1--5-3: CORPORATE SEAL: The Corporate Seal shall consist of a
circular plate and disc with the words 'Town of Lyons, State
of Colorado' in a circular form around the outside and three (3) stars at
the top with the word "Seal" beneath them with three (3) stars at the
bottom within the inside circular inscription.' (1969 Code, sec. 2.3)
