It reflects a decrease in the <br />loan amount of $53,520.14. The contract is not forwarded with an encumbrance decrease <br />document because the encumbrance was liquidated with the final payment. <br /> <br />Attached are the Purchase Order Activity Report for fiscal year 1997, and copies of the two <br />PV's for fiscal year 1998 payments.
