<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL AFFAIRS <br />CONSENT TO PARITY STATUS <br /> <br />The Town of Lyons has requested the Colorado Department of Local Affairs <br />("DOLA") to consent to the Town's pledge of its water system revenues for <br />repayment of a loan from the COlorado Water Conservation Board ("CWCB") in the <br />amount of $280,500, and to consent to parity status of the CWCB's lien on the water <br />system revenues with the DOLA's lien on those revenues, which have also been <br />pledged to repay the Town's 1990 Energy Impact Assistance Fund loan from the <br />DOLA. <br /> <br />The DOLA has reviewed the Town'::; Parity Lien Test dated August 19, 1996 <br />arid hereby consents to parity status for the CWCB's lien on the Town's water <br />revenues, as established in cwes Loan Contract C153721, with the DOLA's lien on <br />said revenues. <br /> <br />COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL AFFAIRS <br /> <br />Date: 1~~-9~ <br /> <br />By:_ <br />Jerry 8m it <br /> <br /> <br />TOTAL P. 02 <br />
