<br />Ordinance No. 597 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Inside Town Limits: <br /> <br />--service and facility charge per unit per month <br />-per thousand (1,000) gallon quantity charge <br /> <br />$6,00 <br /> <br />$1.95 U':J to <br />20,000.' <br /> <br />$2.30 over <br />20,000 <br /> <br />Outside Town Limits: <br /> <br />--service and facility charge per unit per month <br />-per thousand (1,000) gallon quantity charge <br /> <br />$12.00 <br /> <br />$3.90 up to <br />20,000 <br /> <br />$4.60 over <br />20,000 <br /> <br />b. 7-2-6 <br /> <br />(E) Beginning on January 01, 1997 and on January 01 of each year thereafter, user <br />fee rates shall be adjusted in accordance: with the estimated Consumer Price Index (CPI) as <br />established by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics for the Denver/Boulder metropolitan area. <br />Rates shall be rounded to the nearest five ccnt increment Service and facility charges in the Water <br />Utility and base fees in the Sewer Utility ate exempted from the cpr adjustment <br /> <br />Section 2: Severability. If any part. section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this <br />ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining sections of the ordinance. The Town Board hereby declares that it would have passed <br />the ordinance including each part, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase thereof, <br />irrespective of the fact that one or more parts. sections, subsections, sentence, clauses or phrases <br />be declared invalid. <br /> <br />Section 3: Repealer.
