C-?(-. .--;::7./ <br />.....L ~ ./ <br />AN ORDJNANCE OF THE TOWN OF LYONS, "'---':'-"1 <br />COLORADO, AMENDJNG WATER RATES. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAlNED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TIffi TOWN OF LYONS, <br />TIiA T: <br /> <br />Section I: Title 7, Chapter 2, Section 6 of the Lyons Municipal Code, 1985, is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br />a. 7-2-6 <br /> <br />(A) (3) Rates: The schedule of rates for the use of water shall be: <br /> <br />(a) Dwelling unit, apartment, motel unit, regardless of whether <br />there is one or more taps, and regardless of whether it is <br />occupied by members of the same family. Per unit- <br /> <br />For each additional dwelling unit, apartment or unit in the same <br />building, or attached thereto or separate from the main building <br />but on the same tap. Per additional unit <br /> <br />(b) Hotels, boarding houses and lodging houses. Per tap- <br /> <br />For each additional hotel unit, sleeping room or guest room, <br />except rooms occupied by the owner, per month, per unit - <br /> <br />(c) Mobile Homes; Per mobile home, if there is one tap for a <br />number of mobile homes, for each additional mobile home or <br />trailer stall on one common tap, per month, per unit - <br /> <br />(d) Retail stores, office buildings, business buildings used for <br />businesses not otherwise mentioned specifically in this Section, <br />with a maximum of five (5) full time employees, per month - <br /> <br />If owners or managers of apartments are included in the business <br />building unit and use the same common water tap, an additional <br />charge per month, per apartment- <br /> <br />For each additional five (5) employees or a portion thereof, over <br />the minimum number of five (5), per month - <br /> <br />For the purposes of l~is Section, "full time employee" shall <br />mean an employee who works for his employer a minimum of <br />thirty (30) hours per week.
