The <br />Robinson Ditch has a decreed water right for 10.45 cis, Priority No. 13, on Fountain Creek, with an <br />appropriation date of March 1, 1863 and an adjudication date of February 15, 1882. The Robinson <br />Ditch diverts water from the west bank of Fountain Creek near the Midway Ranch in the northwest <br />one-quarter, northwest one-quarter of Section 14, -r ownship 17 South, Range 65 West of the 6th <br />Principal Meridian of EI Paso County, Colorado. <br /> <br />-32- <br />
