<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Page 2, Question #5 <br /> <br />The Woodchuck Ditch Company operates 8.25 miles of irrigation ditch with two points <br />of diversion: one on Gunn Creek and one on Soda Creek. See attached map. <br /> <br />In 1997 a significant landslide occurred taking out approximately 250 feet of ditch. The <br />Ditch Company spent $51,000 restoring the ditch and hillside. In 1998, there continued <br />to be earth movement and cost the Ditch Company $4,800 to reset the ditch. The <br />hillside and ditch moved again in the fall of 1998 and the Ditch Company spent $2,200 <br />replacing it in the spring of 1999. It moved again in late in the summer of 1999. <br />
