Further, I do hereby suspend operation of regulatory <br />statutes, rules, regulations and orders relating to 37-60-121 <br />through 122 ana 24-30-202 C.R,S" and all rules, regulations and <br />orders promulgated thereunder which relate to fiscal procedures for <br />executi on of contracts oy the State. Further, I do hereby authori ze <br />the Colorado Water Conservation Board, in coordination with Division <br />of Disaster Emergency Services, to provide loan assistance to the <br />Stewart Ditch Company to facilitate the restoration of engineering <br />feasibility of the project by the water Conservation Board, with the <br />amount of the loan to be determined by the Board based on both need <br />and the repayment capaci ty of the Stewart Ditch Company. <br />Additionally, I authorize the Division of Disaster Emergency <br />Services to take any and all necessary action, including the <br />implementation of said procedures, to provide financial assistance <br />in a timely manner for the purposes stated above. <br /> <br />This Executive Order shall continue for thirty (30) days unless <br />further extended by me. <br /> <br /> <br />-"- . <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />., . <br /> <br />GI YEN unde r by hand and the <br />Executive Seal of the State of <br />Colorado, this RIA day of August, <br />A 1986. ~ <br /> <br />-----e · j ~ <br />ard D.
