<br />A. Histary
<br />
<br />Oliver (Twist) Meyring, faunder af Meyring Livestack, was
<br />barn in the year 1909. He maved to, the Walden, Calarada area
<br />in 1926 and began to, wark as a general hand an area ranches.
<br />In the late 1930s, while warking as Fareman an the Jahn Seymaur
<br />Ranch (currently the main ranch af the partnership), he met and
<br />married Ruth Cayte,
<br />
<br />In 1945, Mr. Seymaur and Ruth Twist Meyring entered into, a
<br />land purchase agreement, In 1955, all abligatians far purchase
<br />were met by the Meyrings. . In 1960 a partnership between Oliver
<br />and Ruth Meyring and their three sans, Jerry, David and Daniel,
<br />was farmed. This partnership is still intact taday.

<br />In 1975, Jerry, David and Daniel acquired the Arapahae Ranches
<br />fram a Nebraska firm. This praperty abuts the Meyririg Ranch an
<br />the west. Fallawing acquisitian, Arapahae Livestack Camp any was
<br />farmed with the sharehalders being Jerry, Nancy, David and Daniel
<br />Meyring.

<br />B. Laws Under Which Organized
<br />
<br />Meyring Livestack Campany is arganized as a Calarada General
<br />Partnership with the partners being Oliver, Ruth, Jerry, David,
<br />and Daniel Meyring, Arapahae Livestack Campany is a Calarada
<br />carparatian with the sharehalders being thase mentianed abave.

<br />C. Financial Status/Physical Assets
<br />
<br />The Meyring Livestack Campany and Arapahae Livestack Campany
<br />tagether cantral thraugh deeded land, private leases, BLM grazing
<br />leases, and U.S. Farest Service grazing leases, appro~imately
<br />50,000 acres af land. Using current cast basis balance sheets
<br />supplied by David Meyring tatal cash assets, including nates
<br />receivable, far the cambined aperatians are $868,070, The
<br />campanies were feeding an December 31, 1981, 3,680 haadaf
<br />livestack including bulls, caws/braad heifers, shipping caws,
<br />calves and harses. Tatal value af livestack on,hQo~w~s placed
<br />at $1,426,975. Hay an hand as afDecember 31, 1981 was 5,439
<br />tans. This amaunt ,has since decrt'Jased thraugh sales and feeding.
<br />Hawever, its priar value was placed at $253,945. Real property
<br />values including buildings, machinery, equipment, supplies and
