The Petersburg Ditch point of diversion has six water rights ranging
from 8/30/1861 to 12/30/1873, totaling 68.69 cfs.

Diversions are made in accordance with demand for water, not according to
the priority of water rights available at any given time. When the water
supply available is reduced due to senior calls and/or lack of upstream
river flow. Englewood releases from storage or replaces depletions as
needed to meet its demands.
