It is hereby memorialized that the following persons have <br />served in the officeships indicated since 12 June 1993: <br /> <br />Robert Allen Rikoon, President <br />Lawrence steven Taub, Secretary/Treasure~ <br /> <br />2. The attached Manager's Project Reports dated 18 December 1993, <br />21 December 1994 and 29 December 1995 from John Mattingly are <br />incorporated herein and made a part hereof. <br /> <br />3.
