Stock List. <br /> <br />In compiling and updating the records of Cb~fon C~eek' Water <br />Company, I find that the 1913 By-Laws with some: handwritten and <br />typewritten Amendments that appear in the Minut~~are still, the <br />By-Laws of the Company (copy of which are enclosed). At the next <br />Annual Meeting, I would suggest that the Compari~!~pdate the By-Laws. <br />I will prepare a proposed form and have it in'yourhands prior to the <br />meeting. ' <br /> <br />In reviewing the Certificate of Incorporation~ I find that an <br />updated Certificate, was filed in 1927 with proper: renewals up to 1933 <br />when the Company was declared to have perpetual' existence., As I <br />stated at the recent meeting, the Secretary of state shows that the <br />Corporation is in good standing.
