I
I
I
I
I
I

Institutional Considerations

The CCWC has applied to the CWCB to borrow $100,000 from the
Construction Fund Small Project Loan Account. The loan from the
CWCB is contingent upon CWCB approval, and upon the successful
negotiation of a contract between the CWCB and CCWC.

As a condition of CWCB loan approval, the CCWC must enter into a
written agreement with the State Engineer's Office concerning
allowable irrigated acres under the Cotton Creek Airline Ditch
water right.

Opinion of Feasibility

I
I
I
;1
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I

The selected alternatives are technically and financially
feasible. The issues of collateral, the written agreement with
the State Engineer's Office, and the technical details of project
design remain to be worked out. However, there are no known
roadblocks which would keep the CCWC and the S Bar C Farms from
successfully completing this project.

Feasibility of Rehabilitation of the
Cotton Creek Airline Ditch
March 1997

10
