Conveyor cause title to be conveyed by deed Or other proper <br />conveyance to the Colorado Water Conservation Board. Department of <br />Natural Resources, state of Colorado, the following portions of the <br />proposed project facilities: <br /> <br />a. Seven Hundred Eighty Feet (780 it) of 4-inch diameter <br />pipe. <br /> <br />b. Five Thousand Three Hundred Ten Feet (5,310, ft) of <br />6-inch diameter pipe. <br /> <br />c~ .\ <br />c. Eleven Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Five Feet (11,295 ft) <br />of 8-inch diameter pipe. <br /> <br />d. Two Thousand Three Hundred Ten Feet (2,310 ft) of 10- <br />inch diameter pipe. <br /> <br />e. Six Thousand One Hundred Seventy Feet (6,170 ft) of <br />12-inch diameter pipe. <br />(Above pipe will be PVC Class ISO, DR 18 meeting AWWA C900 <br />specification and will include all necessary appurtenances.) <br /> <br />f. Two 4-inch gate valves. <br /> <br />g. Five 6-inch gate valves. <br />h. Twenty Four 8-inch gate valves. <br />i. Six lO-inch gate valves. <br />j. Six 12-inch gate valves. <br />k. Twenty-eight fire hydrants. <br /> <br />(Locations of all the above are as shown on the attached map, <br />Apprndix A.) <br /> <br />3. Permit periodic inspection of construction by the authorized <br />representatives of the State during construction and permit the <br />State to review and approve or disapprove any contracts for the <br />construction of the project Or the performance of work pursuant to <br />such contracts or subcontracts. <br /> <br />4. Without expense to the State, manage, operate and maintain <br />the project system continuously in an efficient and economical <br />manner, and assume all legal liability for such management, operation <br />and maintenance. <br /> <br />5. MaKe the services of said project available within its <br />capacity to all persons in the contractor's service area without <br />discrimination as to race, color, religion or natural origin at <br />reasonable charges, including assessments, taxes or fees in accord- <br />ance with a schedule of such charges, whether for one or more <br />classes of service, formally adopted by the Contractor through its <br />board of directors, as may be modified from time to time by the <br />Contractor. The initial rate schedule must be approved by the state. <br />Thereafter, the Contractor may make such modifications to the rate <br />schedule as the contractor deems necessary to efficiently and <br />economically provide for the financial requirements of the system as <br /> <br />Page I of Q pages <br />
