Incidentally, Boyle's existing
agreement with the State for professional services in connection
with the Ute Indian Reservation incorporates an indemnification
provision which is satisfactory to our insurance carrier and is,
therefore, insurable. The State must certainly want consultants
with whom they contract to carry adequate liability insurance
coverage. A consultant who signs an indemnification provision
not limited to negligent acts will defeat this objective,

I hope the Attorney General will reconsider his position on this
subject.

Very truly yours,

BOYLE ENGINEERING CORPORATION

(~.4 ~~k

Thomas S, Maddock
President

djd

Attachment

xc: Dan Boyd
