Waldeck. <br />Ruland & Milburn for the State and will. to the <br />maximum extent possible. avoid duplicating the <br />legal research and analysis contained in that <br />report. The results of this legal review shall be <br />provided to the State by the Contractor in the <br />form of a letter report from the Contractor's <br />legal counsel. said report to be provided to the <br />State not later than August 1. 1986. <br /> <br />b. If the Contractor's bylaws. articles of <br />incorporation. or other pertinent organizational <br />documents need to be amended in order for it to <br />acquire real property interests in the laterals <br />and to exercise such powers and perform such acts <br />as may be required to undertake the construction <br />and lonq-term operation and maintenance of the <br />improved laterals, then the necessary amendments <br />shall be set forth in the aforementioned letter <br />report from the Contractor's legal counsel and the <br />Contractor shall effect the necessary changes no <br />later than December 31, 1986, and inform the State <br />of the changes so made. <br /> <br />c.
