Unit 80-00-501, <br />WHEREAS. required approval. clearance and coordination has been accomplished from and with appropriate <br />agencies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the State and the Contractor entered into a <br />contract on June 20. 1986. contract encumbrance number <br />C-153275; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. said contract was to expire on December 31. 1986; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS. the State. for its convenience. wishes to extend <br />the termination date for the contract beyond December 31. 1986; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the grant made available to the State, acting <br />through the Board. by the United States Bureau of Reclamation <br />continues to be available to the State. <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE. it is hereby agreed by the State and the <br />Cont~actor that the original contract of June 20. 1986. <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A. shall be amended as follows: <br /> <br />1. In paragraph 2 of the original contract at page 6. the <br />figure of "$35.000.00'1 shall be and hereby is changed <br />to "$25.000.00." <br /> <br />2. In paragraph 7 of the original contract at page 8. the <br />date of IIDecember 31. 1986" shall be and hereby is <br />changed to "June 30. 1987." <br /> <br />3.
