Existing system has been in <br />place for nearly 100 years; was improved into concrete ditch about 30 years ago; is in poor <br />repair, and has multiple engineering problems resulting in ongoing water supply problems for <br />the West Rhone Lateral shareholders on the west end of Lateral 395. <br /> <br />6.
