Re: Limon Water Supply Project

After reviewing the contract for the above project and
the items listed in the warranty deed, it was obvious that
the amended contract, dated January 15, 1980, does not reflect
the changes in the Board's funding for various portions of the
project system. The major items that were funded and not
included on the amended contract are:

1. The 500,000-gallOn storage tank

2. Four pump houses, pumps, valves, piping, controls
and appurtenances

3. The golf course water line extension (5855 feet)
4. Chlorination building and associated equipment"

We would like you to compare the items listed on the
warranty deed with those listed in the amended contract and
certify to us in a letter that the items listed in the warranty
deed represent an equal or greater dollar value than those
listed in the amended contract. I have enclosed a copy of both
documents.

Once you have made the above determination, we will then
proceed with a new amended contract which will reflect the
items listed on the warranty deed. This appears to be the
most efficient way of handling this discrepancy from our
perspective.
