S. Bureau of Reclamation which was only recently
received, but which must be completed by June 14, 1985. Under the
circumstances, I need to have a law firm selected and under contract
by May 6, 1985.

I would propose that bids be due on Friday, April 26, at 5 p.m.
This will allow 21 days if the ad goes out tomorrow, or 19 days
