RE: Feasibility Report for Coon Creek Reservoirs #1 and #2,
Mesa, County

Dear Mr. Ioannides,

Enclosed are two copies of the Feasibility Report for
Rehabilitation of Coon Creek Reservoirs #1 and #2, owned by
the Coon Creek Reservoir and Ditch Company. This report has
been prepared by our consultant, WestWater Engineering of
Palisade, Colorado, in compliance with CWCB guidelines.

The state Engineer has ordered extensive rehabilitation
work on Coon Creek Reservoir #1 and minor repair work to Coon
Creek Reservoir #2. Water level restrictions have been
imposed upon the reservoirs as a result of the repair order.
Coon Creek Reservoir Company has already expended $21,000 for
engineering design and preliminary construction. The
estimated cost to complete the rehabilitation project for
both reservoirs is $90,000. The Coon Creek Reservoir and
Ditch Company has applied for and is requesting approval of a
low-interest 40-year loan from CWCB in the amount of $45,000.
This Feasibility Report provides the basic technical and
financial data for evaluation of our loan request. The
remainder of the funds will come from the Coon Creek
Reservoir and Ditch Company through a loan to be obtained
through a private source.
