Severability of Covenants

A. A Violation of Covenants

Whenever there shall' have been b.1i.lt on any lot, a structure which is in
violation of these covenants or restrictions herein contained, such
persons as are authorized by the Board of the Association shall have the
right to enter upon the property as to which such violation exists, an:i
