<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Bill Barton and seconded by Jack D'Orio <br />that the 1992 Board of Directors be the same as those in 1991, <br />being steve Kossler, steve Hinchman and Jack D'Orio, and that the <br />previous year's ditch maintenance committee of Jack D'Orio, Stephen <br />Hinchman, steve Kossler, Pat Cowger and Gaylen Snow be continued <br />for 1992. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />Next, the position of ditch rider was discussed, it being <br />known that Bill Booth, Gaylen Snow and Todd Harding Were interested <br />in the job. After discussion Of benefits to the Company, a motion <br />was made by Bill Barton, seconqed by Jim Ely that Todd Harding be <br />offered the job at the rate of $300.00 per month for a minimum of <br />four months during 1992~ and tne motion unanimously passed. <br /> <br />A discussion was held, without resolution of any questions, <br />issues or difficulties, concerning the adverse effect on the land <br />and water when the land is divided without taking into account the <br />historical use of water so al!; to take advantage of the water <br />available. Further discussion will be held after the individual <br />stockholde~s have given this difficulty their own personal <br />attention. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Bill Barton and seconded by Jerry Neill <br />that the otficers for 1992 be Jim Briscoe as President, and Judith <br />T. Briscoe as Secretary/TreasU~er. The representative to sit on <br />the board of the Beaver ReserVoir Company is James R. Briscoe. <br />Motion unanimously passed. <br /> <br />with a final discussion Qoncerning the requirements of the <br />Forest Service on the Lake Fork Diversion project, it was agreed <br />that the BOard would meet the fOllowing Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at the <br />U.S. Forest Service office to qiscuss the plans with them. <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 12:38 p.m. on February 22, 1992. <br /> <br />LONE CABIN DITCH AND RESERVOIR COMPANY <br /> <br />By <br />Judith T.
