<br />Colorado for the use and benefit of the Department of Natural Resources (Colorado
<br />Water Conservation Board) and Beaver Park Water, Inc., and in accordance with
<br />Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, 37-60-120; PROVIDED HOWEVER, that upon repayment
<br />of funds as called for in the Contract dated September 1, 1981, as the same were
<br />made available by Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, 37-60-119, the State of Colorado
<br />shall reconvey said property to the Grantor herein.
