This Schedule of Fees applies to services rendered in the current year. A new Schedule of Fees is issued at the beginning of each
year. Unless other arrangements have been made, charges for all services, including projects initiated in prior years, will be based
on the new Schedule of Fees effective 1 January of each year.

. PERSONNEL
Personnel charges are for professional, technical and support services directly related to projects. Personnel categories and
corresponding hourly rates are as follows:

Travel time will be charged at hourly rates, with a maximum of 8 hours travel time per day.
Charges for contract personnel will be made according to the hourly rate corresponding to their category.

. LABORATORY TESTS
wce provides soil. rock and concrete testing. A detailed Schedule of Fees for laboratoI)' tests is available.

. EOUIPMENT RENTAL
Woodward-Clyde Consultants provides scientific and engineering field equipment on a rental basis for Soil and Rock Mechanics.
Geophysics, Water Resources, Meteorology. Air Quality and Chemistry. A detailed Schedule of Fees for Equipment Rental is
available.

. EXPENSES

Expenses and subcontractor services incurred directly for the project will be invoiced at direct cost plus 10 percent.

Company vehicles used directly for the project will be charged at $12.00 per hour (up to $SO/day) plus $.40 per mile. Personal vehicle
mileage will be charged at the IRS approved rate.

Technical usage of microcomputer and usage of CAD Station will be charged at $20.00 per hour. Usage of GIS computer will be
charged at $SO.OO per hour.

Reproduction costs for regular photocopies will be billed at $.12/copy for 8~"xll" and 11 "x14". and at $. IS/copy for 11 "xl?"; for
color photocopies will be billed at $I.2S/copy for 81A "xlI" and $2.00/copy for 11 "xl?". Reproduction costs for blacklines will be
billed at $3.00/copyfor 22"x34" and 24"x36".

. EXPERT TESTIMONY

When wec Staff' appear as expert witnesses at court trials. arbitration hearings and depositions. their time wiIJ be charged at
$lS0Ihour. All office time spent preparing for such trials. hearings and depositions will be charged at standard rates listed above.
