Colorado 80237 <br />(City, State and Zip Code) <br /> <br />DATE OF AGREEMENT: <br /> <br />AGREEMENT NUMBER: <br /> <br />The parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />ARTICLE I <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />WCC agrees to perform for Client the professional Services (hereinafter, "Services") described in <br />Proposal 92D227P, attached hereto and incorporated in this Agreement. Services shall be performed during <br />the period mentioned and at the locations specified.
