These problems areas included II complicated <br />ditch crossings, substantial unanticipated asphalt replacement in Indiana and McIntyre as <br />required by the State and County jurisdictions, time consuming and labor intensive traffic <br />control measures imposed by the State and County, and limited working hours from 8:30 <br />a.m. to 3:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Additional Cost = $1,500,000. <br />
