<br />"FOURTH - That the points or places on said streams at or near which water
<br />is to be taken, as near as may now be stated, are as follows:

<br />"1st - At the headgate of the Larimer County Ditch, as now and hereto-
<br />fore located, on the north bank of the Cache la poudre River, in Larimer
<br />County, Colorado.
<br />
<br />"2nd - Those natural depressions known as Chambers Lake, Trap Lake, Lost
<br />Lake a~Laramie Lake, suppl ied by diverse creeks and tributaries of the Cache
<br />la Poudre and Laramie Rivers, in Larimer County, Colorado.
<br />
<br />"3rd - At certain points on the several streams of the headwaters of
<br />the Grand River, in Grand County, Colorado, said points being located where
<br />a ditch known as North Ditch would cross said streams the outlet of said
<br />ditch being in a low pass in the Continental Divide, in the northwest quarter
<br />of section 21, township EL-nertb; of range 75 west, and about three and one-half
<br />miles in a north-easterly direction from the old town of Lulu, in Grand County,
<br />Colorado; said ditch having a heavy grade towards said pass, and by means of
<br />dams where it crosses said several streams, to divert and convey the waters
<br />of said several streams along said ditch into and through the said pass, into
<br />one of the head streams of the South Fork of the Cache la Poudre River. Said
<br />North Ditch being about six miies in length from its point of beginning to its
<br />outlet in pass as aforesaid; also, at certain points on other head streams of
<br />the Grand River, in Grand County, Colorado, said points being located where a
<br />ditch known as South Ditch would cross said streams, the outlet of said South
<br />Ditch being iidentical with the outlet of said North Ditch in aforesaid pass;
<br />said South Ditch having heavy grade towards said pass, and by means of dams
<br />where said ditch crosses said several streams, to divert and convey the waters
<br />of said streams along said ditch into and through the said pass; the course
<br />of said North Ditch being in a general northeasterly direction from its head
<br />to its outlet, and the course of said South Ditch being in a general northerly
<br />direction from its head to its outlet. The outlet of said ditches being at
<br />a point in said pass 1,350 feet south 22 degrees and 50 minutes east from the
<br />northwest corner of section 21, township 6 north, ran~e 75 west, in Larimer
<br />County, Colorado; whence the waters diverted from said several streams into
<br />and through said pass, are to be conducted by means of the natural channel
<br />of one of the branches of the South Fork, the South Fork and the main Cache
<br />la Poudre River to the headgate of the Larimer County Ditch.

<br />"4th - At certain points on the several streams of the headwaters of
<br />the Michigan River, in Larimer County, Colorado, said points being located
<br />where ditches would cross said streams, the outlet of said ditches being in
<br />what is known as Cameron Pass, said ditches having a heavy grade toward said
<br />pass, and by means of dams where said ditches cross said several streams, to
<br />divert and convey the water of said several streams.along said ditches into
<br />and through said pass into Joe Wright Creek to Chambers Lake, thence through
<br />the natural channel of the main Cache la Poudre River to the headgate of the
<br />Larimer County Ditch.
