<br />-" <br />" ) <br />\.., . <br /> <br />,e\ <br />,..' . <br /> <br />: ". <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />The Bond shall bear interest in said manner until its <br /> <br />maturity or prior redemption, subject to the requirements of the <br />Contract. <br /> <br />The principal of and premium, if any, and interest due <br /> <br /> <br />in connection with the Bond shall be payable in lawful money of <br /> <br /> <br />the United States of America, without deduction for exchange or <br /> <br /> <br />collection charges. <br /> <br /> <br />The payment of principal and interest on the Bond <br /> <br /> <br />shall be made to the Owner of such Bond and shall be paid by the <br /> <br /> <br />District by wire transfer of immediately available funds or by <br /> <br /> <br />check or draft of the District mailed to or on behalf of such <br /> <br /> <br />Owner at its address as provided to the Paying Agent. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Redemption of the Bond. The Bond is callable for <br /> <br /> <br />redemption prior to its maturity at the option of the District, <br /> <br /> <br />in whole or in part, and if in part in the amount of $5,000 or <br /> <br /> <br />any integral multiple thereof, on any Interest Payment Date at a <br /> <br /> <br />Redemption Price equal to the principal amount thereof and <br /> <br /> <br />accrued interest to the Redemption Date. <br /> <br /> <br />If the Bond is to be redeemed in part, the Paying <br /> <br /> <br />Agent shall keep a record of the partial redemption payments and <br /> <br /> <br />the outstanding principal amount of the Bond. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Notice and Effect of Redemption. <br /> <br />Notice of the <br /> <br />call for redemption, identifying the Bond or portion thereof to <br /> <br /> <br />be redeemed, is to be given by the Secretary of the District by <br /> <br /> <br />sending a copy of such notice to the Owner by certified or <br /> <br /> <br />registered, first class, postage prepaid mail at least thirty <br /> <br />(30) days prior to the Redemption Date. <br /> <br />Each notice of <br /> <br />-11- <br />
