a total of 120 shares, in the Battlement Reservoir and Ditch
Company. The Battlement Reservoir No. 1 has an absolute decree
for 134.40 acre-feet. The Battlement Reservoir No.2 has absolute
decrees totaling 870.20 acre-feet and a conditional decree for 54.70
acre-feet. The City's interest in these reservoirs is therefore 941.8
acre-feet absolute and 51.3 acre-feet conditional.
