Date of initiation of appropriation: January 28, 2004 <br /> <br />b. Date water applied to beneficial use: Water was first applied to <br />beneficial use on January 28, 2004. <br /> <br />c. How appropriation was initiated: At its regular meeting on January 28, <br />2004, the Colorado Water Conservation Board appropriated this water right pursuant to the <br />Rules Concerning the Colorado Instream Flow and Natural Lake Level Program, 2 CCR <br />408-2. <br /> <br />5. Amount of water claimed (ABSOLUTE): Instream flow of 4.0 cfs (April 1 <br />- July 31), 1.80 cfs (August 1 - September 14), 1.40 cfs (September 15 - January 31), and <br />1.80 cfs (February 1- March 31). <br /> <br />6. Remarks: This appropriation is made pursuant to the provisions of <br />SS 37-92-102(3) and (4) and 37-92-103(3), (4) and (10), C.R.S. (2003), The purpose of this <br />appropriation by the State of Colorado is to preserve the natural environment to a <br />reasonable degree.
