How appropriation was initiated: At its regular meeting on January 28, <br />.2004, the Colorado Water Conservation Board appropriated this water right pursuant to the <br />Rules Concerning the Colorado lnstream Flow and Natural Lake Level Program, 2 CCR <br />408-2. <br /> <br />5, Amount of water claimed (ABSOLUTE): lnstream flow of 5.3 cfs (April 1 <br />- June 30), 2.6 cfs (July 1 - July 31), and .90 cfs (August 1- March 31), <br /> <br />6. Remarks: This appropriation is made pursuant to the provisions of <br />SS 37-92-102(3) and (4) and 37-92-103(3), (4) and (10), C.R.S, (2003). The purpose of this <br />appropriation by the State of Colorado is to preserve the natural environment to a <br />reasonable degree.
